Ingredients:  
1st. Layer:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. chopped.

Combine like pie dough and pat in bottom of 9/13 pan. Bake 350º...15 min.

2nd. Layer:
1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 cup frozen topping.

Mix together & spread on top of first layer.

3rd. Layer:
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla.

Mix until thick - pour on top of 2nd. layer.

4th. Layer:
Spread remainder of frozen topping on top and sprinkle with remaining nuts.

This was served at a wedding shower I was invited to and it was so good, I asked for the recipe. Any flavor instant pudding may be substituted for chocolate.
