2 c. brown sugar
Dash salt
½ c. Crisco
½ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered Sugar to thicken
Directions:
Directions:
Boil together brown sugar, salt, Crisco and milk. Take off stove. Add vanilla.

If too thin, add powdered sugar until right consistency. Spread hot mixture quickly over cake.
