3 large eggs
2lb. can pumpkin
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Ginger
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, spices and evaporated milk.

Pour into 9 X 13 pan

Melt butter and mix with dry cake mix

Spoon onto pumpkin mixture in pan

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

Remove from oven & sprinkle chopped pecans over top.

Return to oven & bake about 30 minutes til knife comes out clean.

Cool before topping with whip cream
