Crust:
⅓ c. Butter
1 ¼ c. Graham Crackers
¼ c. Sugar

Filling:
2 c. Milk
½ c. Sugar
¼ c. Cornstarch
⅛ tsp. Salt
3 Egg Yolks
¼ c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Meringue:
3 Egg Whites
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
6 tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine graham crumbs and sugar in bowl. Melt butter and add to crumbs. Press into a pie plate on sides and bottom. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Heat first amount of milk until it boils. Combine sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, second amount of milk and vanilla. Stir into boiling milk until it returns to a boil and thickens. Pour into pie plate.

Meringue: Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Add sugar slowly, beating until stiff and sugar is dissolved. Pinch between fingers to make sure there are no granules. Spread over pie, sealing well to crust all around.

Bake in 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool in refrigerator.
