1 pound ground chuck
1 can Brooks chili beans
1 can diced white potatoes
1 package of taco seasoning
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 package of flour or corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion until translucent, add garlic for 1 minute, stir well
Add ground chuck and Worcestershire sauce, cook until no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning, stir well.
Add beans and potatoes, simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
Fry tortillas in vegetable oil, each side 15+ seconds, drain on paper towels.
Serve with shredded cheese, avocado, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes

This recipe is from my Mother in law, Mary Margaret Kubczak. What makes this so unique is the potatoes, it adds so much to the taco meat!
