Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
Small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp white sugar
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 box (1 pound) past (seashell, elbow)
1 green or red pepper, diced
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion, green pepper until translucent
Add minced garlic
Add meat, cook until no longer pink, drain grease
Add soups, salt and pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, stir well, simmer for 20 minutes
Meanwhile, cook pasta to al dente, drain, add to simmering mixture, bring to a quick boil, simmer on low 20-30 minutes.
*Optional: Serve with parmesan cheese, chopped basil,
