Sift
1.5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
5 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Make 3 holes and add
1 Tablespoon vinegar
6 Tablespoons oil
1.5 teaspoons vanilla

Pour 1 cup cold water over all.
Mix

Bake 30-40 Minutes
350 º
