2 Qt. whole milk or half & half
4 eggs (beaten)
2 C. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Junket Tablets (found in Jell-O section)
1 Can Milnot milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the whole milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla until the mixture reaches 160 degrees. Pour into a freezer can. Dissolve the junket packets in ½ cup water. Pour into mixture and let gel in the refrigerator. Add Milnot milk and freeze in the electric ice cream maker.
