1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups whole grain rolled oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
1 cup dried cherries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add vanilla, butter, eggs and oatmeal and mix together.
3. Cover and set in fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
4. When chilled, use a spoon to drop dough onto a cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
