1 Box of German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Flaked Coconut
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with pecans, chocolate chips and coconut before adding the eggs, olive oil and vanilla. Mix well then, using a small cookie scoop, drop by scoops onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
