6 chicken breasts, or a large fryer
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1 (8oz) carton of sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Boil the chicken in salted water. (If using a fryer, remove meat from bones.) Roughly chop the cooked chicken.

Butter a large casserole dish; place 1/2 of crushed Ritz in first, then top with chicken.

Mix soup & sour cream; pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining Ritz on top, the pour melted butter over all.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
