* 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, softened
* 4 oz cream cheese, softened
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 Tbsp baking powder
* 1 tsp corn starch
* 2 eggs
* 6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar,
2. Add vanilla, salt, baking powder, corn starch and eggs. Beat until well blended.
3. Add flour and mix until just combined.
4. Roll dough until ¼ inch thick. Cut out and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake 350º around 10 minutes. Do not overbake or cookies will be hard not soft. Should not be brown at all. Cookies will still look pale in color.
6. Frost and decorate.
