1 C. warm water
2 packages active dry yeast
1 C. boiling water
1 C. butter - softened
½ C. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
8 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of warm water in a small bowl. In a large mixing bowl, add the boiling water, butter, sugar and salt. Next, add the yeast mixture to the ingredients in the large bowl. Beat in the eggs and flour. Knead the dough and put it in a large greased mixing bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size. It will take approximately 2 hours. Roll the dough up into a tube and slice it into 24 rolls. Place the rolls onto two cookie sheets or two 9x13 pans. Let the dough rise for another 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

**If you decide to use the dough to make cinnamon rolls, roll out the dough and spread melted butter on it. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up the dough tightly into a tube and slice it into 24 rolls.
