7 C. Potatoes – baked and cubed
6 T. Real Lemon Juice (Borden from concentrate)
2 tsp. onion – very finely chopped
3 hard boiled eggs – chopped
¾ tsp. ground cumin
Dash of pepper
1 ¼ C. real mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap potatoes in foil and bake at 350 degrees for around one hour or until done. Let the potatoes cool until you can handle them and peel off skins. Cube the potatoes while they are still warm. Drizzle lemon juice over potatoes and toss gently. Add onion and eggs and toss gently again. Add pepper and cumin and toss gently again. Add mayo and gently mix together. Chill well before serving.
