1 c. sugar
¼ c. oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sliced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 8 ingredients (thru and including the walnuts). Mix in the eggs and then the apples. Bake in a 9x9 inch baking pan at 350º for 15 minutes, then about 20 minutes more at 325º. Yummy unfrosted and served with ice cream or whipped cream.
