Ingredients:  
1 lb. mushrooms(16 - 24 mushrooms)
1 c. finely chopped onions
2 garlic cloves pressed
2 t. olive oil
3 T. basil- fresh
1/2 c. fresh parsley
3/4 c. bread crumbs - 1 piece
salt and pepper
6 T. balsalmic vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
3 T sundried tomatoes optional

Directions:
Directions:
Clean out mushrooms.
Saute onions and garlic.
Stir in chopped mushroom stems.
Add in basil, parsley, crumbs, pepper, salt.
Tumble mushrooms in vinegar and soy sauce.
Fill mushrooms.
Lightly oil pan and bake at 450 for 15 - 20 minutes. (uncovered)
