Part 1:
3 c. Granulated Sugar
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1½ Sticks of Butter

Part 2:
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Package of Peanut Butter Chips

** You will need a candy thermometer

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, add the sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until soft ball stage (237º). Remove from heat and then immediately add the vanilla extract, peanut butter and package of peanut butter chips. Stir until thick. Pour into buttered pan. Cut when the fudge is set.
