Cookie Batter:

2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Butter
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Sour Cream

Icing:
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
3-4 TBSP Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
Food Coloring - Red or Green


Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl, cream together sugar, butter eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, salt, baking soda and sour cream.

Beat 1/2 dry ingredients into the cream mixture. Add sour cream, then remaining dry ingredients.

Using a scooper, scoop mixture on a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Once the cookies are cooled down, ice them.
