2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 large bananas (let sit overnight, then puree
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
Frosting;
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 oz milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Puree bananas
Stir baking soda into bananas
Cream together sugar, & butter, gradually add the flour then fold in banana mixture (do not overmix)
Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan
Bake for approx. 30 minutes, until golden brown
Prepare frosting, if too thick add a bit of milk
When cake is cooled down frost it and sprinkle chopped pecans
