1 regular pie crust
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together sugar, cornmeal, vinegar and vanilla. Stir together. Add melted butter to sugar mixture. Beat eggs one at a time and add to mixture. Pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
