4 -6 chicken breasts- baked with lemon pepper sliced diagonally
1 12 oz bag wide egg noodles
green onions (bunch)
1 bag baby spinach
1 red and 1 yellow pepper
1/2 c. sugar diced almonds (roasted)

1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 t. salt and pepper
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 T. sugar
Add a little to spinach and almonds right before serving.
