Directions:
Directions:
Set Oven at 350 degrees
Cook beef and onions in a pan until cooked through, drain excess oil & replace to pan
Drain Beans - Corn - add Peas [and carrots if you want to] Add to the meat mixture
Add diced green chilis - Mustard - Worcestershire - and Red Pepper Flakes
Add salt and pepper, per taste
Combine the above, and then place in a 9X13 pan
Scatter the grated cheese over the meat
Separate Buscuits, and cut them in fourths
Place the buscuits over the meat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes or until buscuits are a golden brown.

IF YOU want the buscuits to go "further", you can separate each buscuit, cut in 4ths, and have twice as many buscuits. You can ALSO add a little more grated cheese over the top of buscuits if desired. If it looks like the buscuits are browning too soon, place a piece of Foil over the casserole dish.
