8 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese, cold
4 heaping soup spoons Miracle Whip
1 teaspoons minced onion (use the smallest mince on a grater or microplane)
4 tablespoons Velveeta cheese, grated small or purchase bag of shredded

Directions:
In medium bowl with electric mixer, mix all ingredients together. The secret to this recipe is do NOT mix until it is smooth and whipped but just enough to break up cream cheese, might still be a little lumpy. Also, don't put in too much miracle whip.
