1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar or spread with white icing.
