2 sticks butter
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup nuts

For Icing:
¾ stick butter
1 Tbsp. milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Line 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt butter over low heat. Beat eggs, milk, and sugar together. Mix with butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add nuts, coconut, and crumbs. Mix well. Pour over layer of crackers in pan. Top with whole crackers.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients, heat until smooth. Ice cookies, chill 2 hours, cut into squares.
