1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup pecans, very finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter.

Add the vanilla and cream to a light and fluffy texture.

Add powdered sugar and cream the mixture.

Add flour & salt and cream together. Sprinkle with pecans and blend well.

Form into small balls and place on parchment lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.

Remove from baking sheets and place on cooling racks. Wait approximately 7 minutes to cool just slightly and then generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
