2 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup of Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 - 2 1/2 Cups of Chopped Pecans
2 1/2 Cups of Grated Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the pecans, coconut, and vanilla. Stir for about 4 minutes, mixing well. Spoon onto parchment paper and let it set until it is firm. ENJOY!!
