2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk (you can use evaporated milk, 1/2 & 1/2, or heavy cream)
1 stick butter
6 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a heavy skillet
.
Stirring constantly, heat to boil 1 minute.

Add vanilla, set aside to cool slightly.

Begin to fill cake layers, then frost the sides of the cake.
