1 ring bologna, in 1 inch slices
1 qt sauerkraut
1/2 c water
Dumplings (see Audrey Breid's dumpling recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bologna slices in electric skillet at 350 for about 5 minutes. Add sauerkraut and water, cover and simmer 10-20 minutes. Prepare dumplings while simmering. Drop dumplings across the top, cover without removing top for 5-7 minutes. Unplug and serve.
