1/2 c. Mayonaise
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1 heaping tsp. Sugar
1/4 c. Apple Cidar Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

For Cole Slaw:
one small or medium cabbage, shredded (I grate mine in food processor)
2 good sized carrots (or as much as you want) grated
or
you can buy premix Cole Slaw veggies.

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a shaker bottle and shake.

Pour over Cabbage and Carrot mix in a bowl. You can add extra flavor by finely chopping and adding about a Tbsp. of fresh onion or a sprinke of onion powder.

Refrigerate until ready to eat. Always tastes better if you allow to marinate for at least a half hour before serving.

My Mom made this regularly and brought to family dinners. Everyone loves it. I happened to get this recipe from her about 2 weeks before she passed. It wasn't a written recipe; she just kept it in her head.
