2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur
2 tsp almond extract
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened flake coconut
1 cup sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large mixer bowl, mix butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, amaretto and almond extract. Reduce speed to low and beat in flour, soda, BP and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfulls onto ungreased large cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
Store cookies in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
