Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10-12 lbs beef roast of your choice (can use stew meat also)
21 oz jar Better Than Bouillon
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Noodles:
9 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beef:
Cut the roast into bite-sized pieces and brown them in a large stockpot (20-quart). Season browned meat liberally with the seasoning of choice. Add Better than Bouillon or regular beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Fill the stock pot with water until a few inches from the top and boil. Once a boil is achieved, reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for several hours.

Noodles: Crack eggs into a large bowl and add milk, and whisk together. Add flour and mix in. Place the dough on a floured surface, and knead, adding flour as needed, until the dough is no longer sticky. Roll the dough out to the desired thickness. Using a pasta cutter, cut noodles into the desired width. Once the noodles are cut, leave them out to dry for at least two hours before cooking.
