2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
10 TBS butter-softened
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz choc chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix flour, soda and salt. Set aside
In stand mixer, cream butter, brown sugar, and powdered sugar til light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry mixture and mix.
Add in choc chips
Scoop onto parchment paper in cookie sheet-2 TBS scoops

Bake 12-14 munutes.
Allow to rest 1 minute before moving.
