1 cup unsalted butter-softened
1 1/4 cup brown sugar-packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbs molasses-(key for flavor)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunkschu
1/2 cup milk choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line baking sheets with parchment
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add molasses and vanilla

Mix dry ingredients by hand:
Oats, choc chunks, choc chips

Mix and shape-about 3 TBS each and slightly flatten.
Space them out.
Bake 10-12 minutes-edges are golden, centers look underdone.
Cool 5 minutes
