Ingredients:  
2 1/2# roast into cubes or stew meat
2 onions chopped
3 stalks celery sliced
4 carrots sliced
1 T. Sugar
1 T. Salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Minute Tapioca
1-16 ounces can tomato sauce

Put in 9x13 pan or Dutch oven Bake 2 1/2 hours @ 250 covered
Add drained can green beans
3 sliced potatoes
Bake 1 more hour

Can cook over camp fire in Dutch oven or in the oven
