Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
3 eggs
2 c. shortening (or butter)
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water + shortening until boils.
Add at once flour sifted w/ salt.
Stir vigorously. Remove from heat, cool
& mix in (unbeaten eggs) 1 at a time.
Add baking powder. Mix & drop by spoonful on
Greased tin or wax paper on tin.

Bake 450 degree for 10 minutes then reduce temp
To 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

MAKE 1 BATCH AT A TIME!

2 -1/2 T corn starch
1/8 t salt
2 eggs (beaten)
1-1/2 c milk
2 T butter
1 t vanilla

Directions:

Mix all together.
Cook 3 minutes and stir
Do this 3-4-5 times until consistency you want.
