1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch




Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour. Knead with hands until well blended. Place dough on 11 x 15- inch cookie sheet with sides. Spread out and thump down evenly with heels of hands. Mark with a fork or cookie press. Bake in 275-degree oven for 1 hour. cool for a short time before cutting into 1-inch squares.
