1-Jar (16 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
(don't rinse Bavarian)
1-1/4c. chopped cooked corn beef (1lb. prox)
1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 c. swiss cheese shredded
2 slices rye bread cubed
2 tbsp. butter/margarine melted

Combine sauerkraut, corned beef, sour cream, onion and garlic.
Transfer to greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese and bread
Drizzle with butter
Bake uncovered 350 25-30 minutes or until heated through
