Ingredients:  
1 large flank steak.
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. worcestershire sauce
Very large ziplock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in bag with flank steak. Keep turning so all sides soak in flavor.

Heat grill. Grill 7 minutes, turn over & grill for 7 minutes, remove from heat and let sit for 7 minutes.
Cut thinly against the grain.

Heat any leftover marinade to boiling and use for gravy.
