4 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups margarine softened
2 cups sugar
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp water
5 eggs
5 cups oatmeal
2 cups raisins
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients.
Cream margarine, sugars, vanilla and water. Add eggs one at a time beat well after each one.
Beat in dry ingredients .
Sir in oats, raisins and chocolate chips.
Drop on greased cookie sheets or use parchment paper on the cookie sheets.
Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets for 3 to 5 minutes before moving to cooling racks.
