2 cups oats
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 sticks butter room temp
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
350º preheat
Cream butter and sugars, and vanilla scrape once.
Combine dry ingredients, add to butter mixture in 3 additions.

Use parchment paper on cookie sheet and sprinkle with kosher salt before placing cookie dough on.

Combine ¼ cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Dust cookies with it and place on pan. Cook 8 minutes
