4 eggs beaten
1/2 egg shell of water

Directions:
Place flour in bowl and make a “well” in the center.
Put beaten eggs with water added in the “well”. Mix throughly until dry enough to roll out. Might need to add a little flour or drops of water to reach right consistency. Roll dough out adding flour to the board as needed. Cut into strips and spread out to dry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Great- Grandma Sharp used milk instead of water.
Grandma (Evelyn) Lewellyn used 2-3 cups flour, 2 tsp salt, and 3 eggs- no liquids.
I use food processor with dough blade to mix.
