Crust and Topping:
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 egg

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: mix together the oil, egg, and cake mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of driest mixture for topping. Pat rest of dough on bottom of greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325º for 12 to 15 minutes.
For filling: beat softened cream cheese with egg and sugar. Add lemon juice to taste and pour mixture over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, until set. Refrigerate and cover loosely.
