Ingredients:  
1 old hen (chopped or ground)
use skin and about 6 or 8 crackers
Take 2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 chicken bullion cube
Make like gravy using broth from chicken to thin.
After gravy is made and cooled add 1/2 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup pickle or olives (if desired)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Directions:

Mix all together. Watch the salt as the bullion cubes are flavored. So taste. You can make any amount you want of dressing.
