10 slices white bread, cubed
¼ c. light margarine
½ c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 large eggs
½ c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. salt
3 c. warm milk
1 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, melted margarine and cinnamon; mix well.
Transfer to a 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins.

Beat eggs in same bowl, stir in sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Slowly whisk in milk. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes, sprinkle with nutmeg. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
