One and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
Half a teaspoon of
1 teaspoon of baking so
Half a cup of butter soften
Half a cup white sugar
Half a cup of peanut butter
Half a cup of packed brown sugar
One egg beaten
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Sift together the flower salt and baking soda and set aside
Cream together, the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy
Beat in the egg vanilla and milk
Add the flower mixture and mix well
Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungraded mini muffin pan
Bake at 375 for about eight minutes
Removed from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball
Cool and carefully removed from pan
