1 cupful fat
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup coffee (liquid)
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix in order and drop by spoonful onto a baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven 5 - 8 minutes.
