½ c semisweet chocolate chips
½ c butterscotch chips
½ c chow mein noodles
½ c salted cocktail peanuts (optional)

Directions:

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave or double boiler, do not cover cook!

Add chow mein noodles and peanuts (if using). Stir until well coated.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Double or triple the recipe as these are deliciously addictive.
If you are not allergic to nuts, add the peanuts.
