Ingredients:  
1 package fresh or frozen spinach
3-4 hard boiled eggs, warm
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Gently boil spinach and drain well.
2. Slice eggs into quarter size discs and place half of them on bottom of saute/fry pan.
3. Top with spinach.
4. Add remaining sliced eggs on top of spinach.
5. Pour melted butter all over top.
6. Add cheese (optional).
7. Simmer 10 minutes.
8. Enjoy!

This is the only way Gramps would eat spinach. Everyone who has ever tried this, has loved it.
