1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp. Vanilla extract.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking soda.
2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

In a large bowl, blend butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla; set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour baking soda, then gradually blend into butter mixture

Fold in butterscotch chips and nuts if using

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto parchment line, baking sheet bake for 10 minutes or until Golden Brown

Cool on wire rack
